Shipping Methods and Costs
Zandino.com offers worldwide shipping to most countries.
United States: We use FEDEX or USPS to ship within Continental US.
Orders total $60 or more are qualified for Free Ground Shipping
[standard shipping within 48 contiguous states 2-7 business days].
For orders total under $60, we charge flat fee of $4.95 regardless of the dimensions and weight of your order.
Express service is available via FEDEX 2nd Day Air or Express Saver [3 business days], only within 48 contiguous states.
We calculate the order total after all discounts, promotions and coupons are applied and before tax
(if applicable) is added.
Because we cannot guarantee an arrival date or time frame with Standard Ground Shipping, choose Fedex 2nd Day Air or Fedex Saver for orders that need to arrive by a specific day.
If we receive your order by 12 pm PST, we'll ship it that day. Orders received after 12 pm PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a U.S. national holiday will ship the next business day regardless of shipping method.
You'll be able to see exactly what you'll pay for shipping during the checkout process. If the cost of shipping an item differs from the price you see in the shopping cart, you'll be contacted via phone or email. We won't ship your order until you approve the shipping price.
Orders shipping Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO/APO, and other U.S. territories, will be shipped via USPS and the price is calculated during checkout process.
We use only USPS to ship to these destinations; express service is unavailable. If your items weigh over 2 lbs, a surcharge will be applied to the order and we'll contact you with the exact shipping charges. You'll be asked to approve the charges BEFORE the order is shipped. Please provide us with complete contact information during checkout, as we'll have to cancel your order if we need follow-up approval and don't hear from you within 48 hours.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Currently we do not ship to P.O. boxes, however if the total weight of your order is less than 2 lbs, we will make an exception. If you are not sure how much your order will weigh, please contact our customer care team at support@zandino.com
What if I supplied an incorrect shipping address?
We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge the billing party any fees assessed by the shipping company.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via USPS. Shipping for international orders is calculated during checkout process. The shipping charge does not include custom fees, which are charged by the customs in countries outside of US.
Unfortunately, tracking is not provided for international orders, since USPS does not provide this information to us. When an international order is shipped, you will get an email notification with a custom declaration number. Insurance is available upon request and is based on the value of your order.
